Care Record Staff Text Alerts

Springdale Solutions LLC builds and operates a care-record web application used by licensed residential care facilities. Enrolled facility staff (caregivers, administrators, and licensees) receive automated text message alerts when a scheduled medication or personal-care task is due, is running late, or has not been logged. This page explains those alerts and is where staff give their written consent to receive them. The first facility using the application is Aldea Senior Living in Lake Balboa, California.
What you will receive
- Due reminders: a short text when a scheduled task is coming due.
- Overdue alerts: a follow-up text if the task has not been logged within its window.
- Escalations (administrators only): a text when a task was not completed on time.
Residents are identified only by an internal resident number. The chart that matches numbers to names stays inside the facility and never appears in a text. Sample messages:
Springdale Care Record: 8:00 AM medication for Resident 3 has not been logged. Open the app to record it. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Springdale Care Record: Bathing for Resident 5 is 45 minutes overdue. Please log it or record a reason. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Frequency, cost, and opting out
- Message frequency varies with your shift. A typical shift produces fewer than 20 messages; a quiet shift may produce none.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Springdale Solutions LLC and your facility do not charge for alerts.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving alerts. Reply HELP for help, or email ryan@springdalesolutions.com.
- Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase. Your facility's administrator can also remove you from alerts at any time.
- Mobile numbers and consent records are used only to deliver these alerts. They are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
