Req Radar
A toolkit built to enable a Southern California recruiting firm. Every night it reads the public job-board endpoints of 260+ employers across nine applicant-tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS and others), sorts each req onto the right desk, and shows what is new, what has sat open 30, 45 or 60+ days, and what got reposted: the reqs where a hiring manager will take an agency's call. A second tool turns a job description into boolean search strings, screening questions and outreach drafts a recruiter reviews before anything goes out. No LinkedIn automation, nothing auto-sends, no candidate data stored.

Same code, different configuration: it watches 100+ employers in my industries, property and resident management, senior living, self-storage and applied AI, keeps the Los Angeles and remote roles, and delivers me a morning brief of what opened overnight. It runs on its own server at an unlisted address, so there is nothing to click here. The point is that a tool built to enable a recruiting firm re-targets to a new industry with a config file, not a rebuild.
